MagicIan Lecture Report

MagicIan Lecture

Saw a great lecture the other day. I have seen Magic Ian (Ian Stutz) lecture before but this was his finest. Lots of wonderful stories of famous magicians  with Ian's encounter and how certain tricks developed. Those are what make lectures interesting.  He had some very clever coin and rope effects that fooled us all. Two very good production coin effects and a Prof. Nightmare con that fools magicians.  His silk in bottle was a stunner and what he does with the old Steel Ball and Tube and Ring on Coil standard puzzle... you will want to go back to the bottom  of the drawer and start playing with both of these items.
The lecture was void of any difficult card or coin tricks...everything was commercial and what he had for sale was reasonably priced.  The lecture reminded me of what magic shop owners might come up with after playing with the stuff he has sold in his shop for many years. And it would take  many years to be able to arrive at these twists and turns.
Don't miss Ian's lecture if it comes your way....two wands up!
