2010-05 From the Editor

Another late newsletter, my apologies for this. Part of the reason is due to a change in projects, which has me traveling out to California. While it is a long journey, it does give me the opportunity to visit the Magic Castle. I was there last week and saw, amongst others, Martin Lewis, John Carney (the evening after his Letterman appearance and after he had just stepped off the NY-LA flight) and Dana Daniels. The latter was performing the headline show in the Castle's Palace of Mystery (stage show), in a hilarious comedy show. All in all a very enjoyable evening.


Of course, we had our own very enjoyable evening with the annual banquet and show. Thanks to all who organized this excellent meal and entertainment, and thanks to the performers too.

Thanks to Dennis for his continued contributions, he was missed at both the auction and  the banquet. Also thanks to him and Art for forwarding the link to the article about the tax on magic in Maine.
