2011-06 Ring Report

President Craig Fennessey called the meeting to order with 37 members and guests in
attendance. This meeting was specifically set aside to be a lecture evening featuring the
magic of Danny Garcia. The only comment Craig made before the start of the lecture
was that two of our Ring members, Donna and Tom Salvadore had unfortunately lost
all of their possessions in a house fire. The Ring moved to immediately hold a raffle
with the proceeds going to the Salvadores and Lecturer Danny Garcia donated the Raffle
Prize, a complete set of his available magic. Stefan Bartelski was the winner and $450.00
was raised for the couple's benefit. The lecture proceeded and was well received by the
members present.A fine time was had by all.
