2007-08 From the Editor

Welcome to the second half of the year, and the countdown to the magic's busiest time of the year. Of course, the waether is still hot, so we are not thinking about the holiday season yet, but the professionals should be, dusting off those mailing lists.

During my recent vacation, we managed to time our road trip to be in New York city for Monday Night Magic. This great show has been going for almost 10 years now. While full blown, daily, evening shows have it very difficult in Orlando, I hope that Dan's new one man show on a weekly basis will be more succesful, like MNM. Maybe he could be an impetus for creating a MNM like weekly show in the Central Florida area.

The other big question, is how much live magic, if any, will be involved at the new Harry Potter theme park that Universal recently announced.
